Background & Practice

I work where coordination mechanisms fail under pressure. My background spans manufacturing operations, business services transformation, and public sector delivery across European regulatory environments.
I was born in Istanbul. Migration taught me how structures break and reform across borders - geographical, institutional, linguistic. I've worked inside governments, banks, NGOs, manufacturing corporations.

I diagnose why coordination mechanisms fail and rebuild them under constraint. The questions seem philosophical. They resolve into process redesign. Manufacturing sites facing closure during market contraction, merger integration threatening revenue collapse, regulatory frameworks shifting faster than compliance systems adapt - the pattern is identical. Existing structures can't process the complexity their environment demands.

I build mechanisms that function under friction. Integrity isn't moral positioning. It's structural intelligence - systems that maintain coherence when conditions degrade.
